Hello,

My pre-sale for your UFC event on December 3rd is tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10:00AM. I called your Customer Service, but was not successful in getting the answer I needed, nor do I think that the person that answered (Eric) put much effort in.

I appeared to be an inconvenience to him.

I have been to 8 UFC events live, including 2 in Orlando. I like to buy tickets on the rail of the Walk-Out tunnel for the fighters. Which side are the fighters using for this event? 108 & 112 or 103 & 117?

I have to be honest, if I have to guess tomorrow on Ticketmaster and guess wrong, I am going to be ticked off. I don't believe what Eric said that these tunnels haven't been figured out yet. Amway has had 3 previous UFC fight cards. When the UFC was in Jax earlier this year, I called their arena and they told me the tunnels.

I did the same for the United Center in Chicago.

Please help me by providing this info before 10:00AM tomorrow. Thank you.

I ran into a situation with a bartender on the Thursday of the Roger waters show. The amount was about 32.00.

Basically, I was pulling out my wallet for a cash tip. Once I clicked zero for tip on my card, she started literally telling me off and saying they work for their tips. She did not give me any time. Even then, I was going to come back for another $20 drink.

I shouldnt have to tip every single time for every single $20 drink anyway - but I do.

Anyway, I left the drinks I ordered and told her to refund me my money. I left the drinks so I expect that refund now.

I went to the amway arena for an event. The people near me were yelling too much and it was giving me anxiety.

I went to guest services to see if they can move me to another seat. I was on level 1. There were two black women a white woman and a dumb white male supervisor who was worthless. These idiots did nothing to help me and didn't care.

They kept giving *** excuses and were doing nothing but chatting and couldn't just do their job and help someone out. Then I went to another guest svcs where a nice black female did help me and took me to talk to these clowns again.

It's really that hard for these lazy jerks and idiots to do something to help someone out. Why are these psychos even there if they do nothing to help people out.

Even the *** supervisor did nothing. He just said I can ask the usher if they'll let me in. These are lazy *** and sick people that work there. All they kept doing was trying to send me somewhere else.

Amway center managers why are u paying 4 *** losers to sit around at guest services when these incompetent shltheads don't even do their job. Worse a dumb white lady FINALLY went to show me seats that were available. She didn't even tell me the right seats and haphazardly just didn't care. Oh and the other 3 lazy retards followed her and were watching me as if I was doing something bad or a threat by requesting alternate seats.

What kind of crazy idiots are working at this place. Is anyone in Orlando even normal.
