Avoid them, they lied form the first call and continued lie after lie to manipulate me and trick me into signing a contract they swore was just a placeholder and would never be activated. I canceled immediately and they promised they canceled then did not, every day for months, each time with a new lie or excuse.

They are also called AMS Corp, Timeshare Cancellation Management and other similar names.
Their representative tricked us in to signing a contract with promises of retrieving funds from a Timeshare that scammed us that would be more than the cost of the loan. But they also promised there would never be any loan bills because everything would be done and the loan paid before anything even got started.
Then when I quickly canceled after realizing they were telling me a variety of lies.

They said they canceled the contract n time but never did, leaving me with a huge loan I can't pay and a collection company is harassing me. They told me every few days the loan and contract were canceled, kept me on the hook with various lies and misdirections until it seems it was too late. Even today they said the canceled the contract and loan, but I still had money taking right out of my checking account and the loan company United Consumer (who seems to be in on the scam) refuses to cancel the loan.
Then they promised two things; 1. that they could cancel the contract any time, even weeks or months later.

That was the first of many lies. Next, they told us we would never be charged anything, that the loan was a kind of holding agreement, that when we got paid, they would get paid and we would never be charged anything.
Then they sold the loan and refuse to tell you what's happening for several weeks so that you miss the deadline to cancel it.
Even though I cancelled it immediately, they kept saying the contract was in motion, was not available could not be stopped because of the sale of the loan. Then after that they kept lying to me saying things like they did cancel the contract, and we don't know why we are charging you, the cancellation is on my desk, and I've seen it, I can see you are cancelled in the system but somethings wrong, and you should get something mailed or emailed to you any day
.
Or somehow corporate lost your cancellation, corp. is processing the cancellation, corporate wants you to wait because something great is happening (nothing happened).

And they drag you along for weeks then months, and they do nothing, deliver nothing but keep charging you even though they promised they would not, then promised they did cancel, but they never actually do it.
As I said, now I'm being hounded by collection agencies, they take money from my checking account and I can't stop them and every day their rep Cynthia or Cindy Lee says everything was handled today, everything was canceled today, I took care of things, and you should see this all go away.
Or she says I'll look into it and call you back in an hour but never does.

I text or call her every day and every day there is a new lie. I ask to speak with a manager or supervisor, and she refuses every single time.
I tried calling their main number, but no one answers, it puts you on hold and then hangs up on you automatically so you can never reach anyone.
Loss:
$17000
Pros:
  • Con group that looks for victims to victimize again
Cons:
  • Seek out victims of timeshare fraud to victimize again

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Avoid and don;t believe them, they see you as an easy mark
