- - AMPEX would not cancel an out-of-stock order or refund to my card.
- - The manager Greg was rude; Northwest Trading is cheaper and more customer-oriented.
I placed an order from this company AMPEX and they would not cancel an order for items they did not have in stock. They would not refund my money to my card saying it was their policy.
This was a policy not available for me to read at anytime nor made available. The "manager" named Greg was exstreamly rude and condicending. NEVER use these people, NORTHWEST TRADING COMPANY IS CHEAPER, FASTER AND MUCH MORE CUSTOMER OREINTED.AMPEX GETS UR MONEY AND THE THE *** WITH YOU.
Considering the type of bussiness their in, not a good way to deal with a first time customer. I would never deal with them again even if they were selling their product at 10% less then the compition
