First amp research has no contact number you have to go through the place you bought it from then you are sent to them have been emailing them back and forth trying to get a motor from them that's under warranty and the process is real slow

Motors keep failing but also described other problems with intermittent steps to close and Kenneth was helpful regarding a reset. I pulled in line fuse and did end up renewing the 30amp fuse and corrected the problem both sides. KUDOS to Ken.
