Product damged my hair

They are persuading me to make an exchange which i am happy with and the condition is to pay an additiona fee of £45. At 1st i asked if they can reduce or take it off.

Response was to go for hair product which i am not confident using any of their product that will have direct contact with my hair. Its been a back and forth email and the lady went mute not respinding again.

I am really not happy with their customer service and resilving techniques.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Another product wiith adfitional payment of £45 from me to the company. Email or go to store as they dont pick.
