- - Credit score cannot be retrieved because my credit is frozen.
- - I was transferred to a company without being told it wasn't a direct lender.
I called for a loan quote. There wasn't any way they could get my credit score because my credit is frozen!
I put it on freeze!! Once the guy asked me a few questions he said ,"let me transfer you to a dept that can better assist you". He blindly transferred me to another company without telling me that it was another company and not a direct lender. I ended that phone call real quick.
The lady I was transferred to said something about my credit score.
I knew she was lying because nobody was able to get my score. All 3 are frozen!

We handle more than just loans. Once you speak with one of our representatives, they advise you of your best option then transfer you to a company that will provide more information and assist if you choose to move forward.
We don't know how far you got into the conversation with our partner, however, credit repair agencies are still able to access your account even if it is frozen, so it's entirely possible she was able to provide some information or at least advise you what she could do to assist. Either way, we're sorry you weren't comfortable with your interaction with us.

- - I was referred by Am One to QwickCash.
- - I paid $2400 in Target gift cards for fees; I never funded.
- - I reported to 6 authorities; I seek a refund.
I was referred to* a lender by Am One. This company yall referred me to was called QwickCash Loans.
They scammed me out of $2400. He keep telling me my loan would fund within 30 minutes. He continued to say that for 2 weeks but told me on a daily basis that I had to pay him more money, He also keep telling about all these fees that must be paid before he would fund the loan. He also insisted that all the fees had be paid with Target gift card.
Well 10 Target Gift cards that he insisted I give him equaled $2400 that I gave to him as he continued to say Just Trust Me and dont tell anyone at Target why you need the gift cards. I never got a penny from him. I am a disabled retired widow and his dishonest, scamming theft has put me into a very financial bad situation. It has been reported to 6 different legal organizations including Texas Attorney Generals office.
My local police department, BBB, and Consumer Fraud Protection.
I would like my money he stole from me returned immediately. Any help you can extend me would be greatly appreciated.

I was approved according to the application, I submitted. An agent as the name Jonathan Sander, called and asked me some questions and then he puts me on hold, while, I was waiting, the line cut off.
I called to return his calls, but never answered me.
Now , I do not know, if my loan money will be send to me. Thank you

Loan went bad
- - I was offered a loan but transferred to someone who asked for 250 upfront, while fees would be taken from the loan before funds are sent to the bank.
