Stolen property rude owner and mgt
My car was repossed after they came to my home rudely....these people stole some property from my car and the owner is very rude and disrespectful....i tried my best to be nice to these people they are a scam an a bunch of liars...they make u sign for your property before u go to check and make sure its all their...i will be following all procedures about this company ...they hangs up on u and i see y this is a small lil repo company with not alot of business they attitude is just horribllle..

My car was repossessed due to a divorce and bad financial situation, I understand that I wasn't able to pay my bill and understand that they had to take my car. However I had a pair of earrings and a man's wedding ring in the car, sitting in the coin tray right next to the drivers seat.
I looked through all the stuff I had in my car every nook and cranny and I could not find those two items among a few CD's were missing. They say that they put everything in the two bags of stuff that they gave me back.
I called and they gave me the name of the auction place where the car was, and they said that nothing was found in the car. So I have only to believe that my earrings and wedding ring were stolen from someone at the repossession agency.
sue the company they have to make claim if it become legal matter and if they find for u the company will have to pay your legal fees and will go on there insurance record good luck they have to give all your personal property back

Company is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Seems like one of the companies that will use any means necessary to gain money. Even if it is incorrect. Managers are unwilling to speak with you to try to correct the situation. I was told that I would need to call back on Monday because she was too busy to speak with me today. The first rep laughed at me and the second rep needs to go back to school for some education training.
