Ameriwell clinics:This business is straight up trash specially the billing department. I was billed after I was involved in an accident.
Due to the fact it was accident related, fast forward today they sued me and declared my insurance company stated I waived my pip rights and after I called my insurance, it got to my attention my PIP was never waived and every info they provided was false. Insurance company had to issue them a check from a visit since 2020. I have called and requested how HIPAA authorization was released and they cant give good response. I have reported them to necessary authorities as they are super money hungry.
If you really want to have five star visit and zero problems from billing department, NEVER, DONT, BAD IDEA to patronize this business from the Doctors to billing department are super unprofessional and will ignore you when you most need them. They can release any information just to steal from you/have your funds garnished.
Never do business with Ameriwell!!
Never partner with Ameriwell!!!
They will not charge your insurance but instead lie that they sent the bill to your insurance and got a returned letter stating pip was waived!
Called Dayana and she was super rude and hung up the call.
- Good service

- Bad customer service
- Money hunger
