Replacement Parts
User's recommendation: Well after two (2) separate emails similar to the one listed and trying to contact customer service on the phone at least three (3) times in the last week and listening to their recorded message of how busy they were and asking me not to hang up, I did on all occasions without making contact with anyone. Of course the hold lasted anywhere from 1/2 -1 hour. I would seriously think about doing business with some other company.
