Nothing got resolved, and I was told that it was a recruitment for AmeriSpeak. I will never call this number again!

- - I did a paid survey; I had to share my file under a non retractable agreement and was offered 25,000 points for data, but I haven't received points.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I emailed them again and mentioned I notified Pissed Consumer. They had had a problem out of their control as to why issue kept unresolved beyond their doing.
No. There is no other survey company that pays points to turn into gift card of choice/
I was doing survey, which they pay for. When I finished they gave offer of 25,000 bonus points for Facebook data to research further human responses to posting, or how people reacted to such.
I also with this had to give them my file. With the agreement that it couldn't be retracted, I contacted them several times, still no payment of points which every 10,000 is spendable to a gift card.
