Fraud charges

There is a charge on my account for boost mobile for over $500. I dont use boost mobile. I have AT&T so this is not my charge.

I not mad I was charging my password nd locked it by accident. It was my fault not the bank. I didnt realize it was a holiday

Because i need someone to help me . And no one will then they send me to an It company and charge me 30.00 which I did not use and i want my 30.00 back .

I need help with a charge i did not do and no one wants to help. I am going to change banks. This is 2023 every one can get help even on sundays.

There worried more about a 50.00 faurd than a customer trying to pay via cash app is wrong and after talking with then 2 before

The fraud dept. never works , you cannot get then after hours'.

You feel like a fool when you try to pay your bill and they come back and say sorry we cant take your DEBIT card and you have16,000 in your account. it terrible and I thought my conversations with the bank and they were going to correct it twice and it happens again I 'missed a 2.4 millon dollar bid because My Ameris Bank Debt keepsgopen your accounts at wopG being denied by our same bank is pitiful..

Come to find out the truth was was the settings there associated with my debit card that I had absolutely no idea was there and I have been carrying the debit card for over three years but there are a slew of options for your debit card Im not gonna get into it but the point being is that I shouldve been notified this along time ago especially when I had the original problem the person had no idea that was the bank personnel tells me theyre not being trained I mean
