Mortgage loan that was paid off
- - Late charges appear on my credit report after the mortgage transfer.
- - Loan was transferred; house sold; no record with the current lender.
They are putting on my credit report late charges after the fact that I had not been doing business with them for a year. This is showing up as 6/2026, and the house had been sold through the mortgage company that had taken over my mortgage last July.
They are trying to find the answers to why this is showing up along with other late charges as to payments that were made throughout the time I was with them. So if they can't get any record of my loan, why are they putting late charges on my record when they weren't the lender and the house had been sold in May, paying off the current lender?
This should be an easy solution. Take the late charges off since they received no contribution since they transferred the account.

Preferred solution: Fix my credit report all the credit agencies have my paperwork on what has been paid and showing they had no interest in this account since June 2025. Just clear the late Charges payment were made

I need to have someone contact me in...
Can’t get through to anyone get connected to an automated system in which disconnects you. When I did get through to someone I thought great until they transferred me to the automated system again and disconnected.
They can’t seem to find my loan that they have marked with late charges in which the loan has been closed with them since last July but feel like they can go in an mark memon my credit report past due this year in June. Home has been sold since May but yet they come back and mark up my credit report.
No resolution no answers and no human can answer any questions or help. Run not quality customer service.
I need to have someone contact me in regards to a closed loan that you are showing current late charges. The house has been sold for over 3 months so I want the lte charges taken off my credit bureau accounts.

Mortgage loan that was paid off
- - Loan closed since June 2025, yet late charges appear.
- - The loan was sold to another company and staff are unreachable.
Been trying to get a matter resolved and was sent to an automated system response where it would disconnect me every time. Would not connect with any live customer service.
Called again to a number given to me and waited 45 mins on a line and the was disconnected again. Still waiting to connect with someone and get answers.
I had a loan previously with Amerihome Mortgage, and it was sold to another company. I am currently seeing late charges from this loan that is no longer open, and they are showing late charges for which the home has been sold and the loan has been closed since June 2025.
Can't get through to anyone, and they no longer have my loan information available. Time for legal action since they can't help.
