They’re holding my prior authorization!
- - Amerihealth is withholding my meds due to a prior authorization and I have endometriosis.
- - Escalation on July 5 and I am still waiting weeks for meds.
Amerihealth is knowingly holding my prior auth for my meds. I have endometriosis and without the medication, i can literally bleed out. I have not had this medication for weeks and everytime i call all i get is attitude.
They told me on July 5 that the issue was being escalated and now here we are at the 17th and nothing.
I have reached out to a lawyer for negligence on their part and for a HIPPA AND ETHICS issue since they think they can dictate my patient autonomy.
Please fix it.
Preferred solution: FIX THE ISSUE AND FIX THE REPS ATTITUDES!!!
