Very disappointed
- Fence sections are out of level, plumb, and square; screws loosen.
- A post hole drilled through water line, severing electrical line; no follow-up.
Contacted the company and they sent out a representative who looked at the issues, feigned concern and said they would be out to fix the issues. Since then, I have not heard anything from them.
I get the feeling that I will not hear from them again.
I have been forced to deal with the problems myself, which at the age of 70 has been somewhat difficult and time consuming. Some of the issues are beyond my abilities and will probably never be corrected.
At first glance everything seemed to be fine, but upon closer examination we found sections of fence that were out of level, out of plumb and out of square. They said they would fix it, but I have heard nothing.
Then I went to start up my sprinkler system, and they have drilled a post hole through the water line and severed the electrical line that feeds the pump.
Screws are falling out all over the fence, just from the vibration from the wind. Nice fence but very, very bad installers and questionable customer service.

Preferred solution: I would like for my fence to be staightened, plumbed and squared. and I would like my spinkler system repaired. I had utilities and sprinkler heads marked but they did not pay attention
