Fence installation

This is thee worst company to do business with. We just wanted a fence and dog run installed. The salesman, Bert, is excellent to work with; however, the office staff is THEE WORST!! They know absolutely nothing in or outside of that office. The office manager, Ana Diaz, does not return calls, does not follow-up w/clients for resolution, with an unprofessional behavior to say the least! "Flags" posted in yard to identify underground pipes and yet the workers still managed to hit one or more of the pipes causing damage and a halt to the project. ComEd called out to fix pipes and still Ameridream Fence is a no-show to complete the work - it's June 15, 2016, already and they've been informed! ComEd even stated that the standing water in the opened posts that have been placed in the ground is not good! All materials were left unattended, exposed to the elements and damaged by constant rain, and yet, we're still waiting for resolution since April 2016! A return call or visit to the property would probably suffice but, Ana-the-manager refuses to make contact. They've even turned off the fax machine to avoid further contact. At this point, they can come and get all of their materials, oh and, plug the huge hole covered by a big black garbage bag in the yard! One of the ComEd workers almost fell into it while assessing the damaged pipes! Smh...
