- - Unannounced corporate visit to the distribution center to view issues.
- - Drivers are held for hours with a $300+ lumper fee; restrooms inadequate and no vending.
I believe someone from corporate needs to travel to this distribution center, unannounced and see the cluster that goes on here, holding truck drivers hostage for hours on end for absolutely nothing..they unload the trailer charge over 300.00 lumper fee and hold us hostage for another 2 hrs..its not fair to the drivers to get treated like this..also they need restroom facilities for the drivers and not 2 disgusting porta potties that look like they havent been cleaned in weeks..no vending machines or nothing for the drivers

It is close to impossible to get someone on the phone. As for the Boston location, it is practically impossible.
They say to speak to a customer service, dial 3, and when you do just what is asked of you, the message goes I still dont understand. We need a workable number and a system that can understand.please post a number where humans can contact each other
