I fell at one of your stores and got hurt.
I fell down while walking up to the building. Nobody has contacted me.
I have spine issues and now I have extreme pain in my neck and left shoulder.
This is no way to treat customers. This place is a joke.
I am going to the doctor today to see if there are any injuries due to my fall.
My left foot caught the edge of the concrete right where it slopes into the asphalt, and I fell on my left side, hurting my hip and neck. The actual area for a wheelchair is so small, but the slope is too large, which is why I tripped.
I hit my entire left side, causing pain in my hip and neck.
I was skinned from my left palm to my left shoulder. And the manager, Steve, was running around like a headless chicken.

Preferred solution: I would like you to fix the ramp so another customer does not get seriously hurt. I also want you to pay my doctor's bills. I have an appointment today at 3pm and I will probably need some X-Rays as I have spine disease.
User's recommendation: You guys need to widen the handicap ramp and paint it.
