Forever Disappointed
When I neededthem most, they let me down in a huge, hurtful way. I just had a stroke.
I needed a small $500 loan. DECLINED, due to negative credit history in 590 range. I was recently released from the hospital and am learning to walk and talk again.
UnChristian organization masquerading as a religious, ethical one. Business first, Humanity last.

- - Used BBB to remove collateral insurance; now harassed for a Yelp review and a complaint.
They admitted to charging my auto loan for $400.00, but did not apologize for it. They did not want to refund for prior years. I want to pay the loan off and never use them again...
I took out a Vehicle loan in 2018, I had insurance. This entity was secretly adding Collateral Insurance on the loan balance.
I had to use the BBB to get them to subtract their insurance from the loan balance. They did not subtract when they started in 2018.
Now they are harassing me for the YELP review, and filing a complaint.
My documents have change and they are harassing me. I want to make consumer aware of their Christian practices and what they have paid back since.
