AI Highlights
  • - The staff lack product knowledge and misinform.
  • - The company cancels accounts after questions.
  • - Reps raise voices; avoid this company.

It's such a shame they rely on people with very little or no knowledge to bid on and win their items. I call with questions about different issues I have where they are describing things wrong.

Before I bid I want to know about the item but they don't want anybody that has any product knowledge because they can't answer my questions in a knowledgeable or respective way so they cancel my account we don't want you here you're bad juju don't call her anymore. They don't like the people that answer the phones there to know how they rip people off because why would anybody want to work for a company that basically is just stealing so I got booted from the show but I still call them up just to let them know I'm still here and they yell at me I mean on the phone these idiots yell thinking that the more they raise their voice I guess they think I'm going to get scared or something but I just block them. What I don't understand is why don't they just block me at any rate stay away from these fools.

They will steal your money in one way and try to reach in your pocket while you're complaining just stay away. Stay away

It’s disingenuous to claim a $500 loss and not explain and give specifics.
