American Airlines has left me stranded in San Diego with no support. They have canceled flights 2 days in a row. No offer for hotel or meals.

Americanairlines Arena Customer Care Review

While leaving a concert, all I needed for the 1 mile walk back to the hotel was a single cup of water. I was treated like an outcast and every employee that worked there treated me as if I was a homeless person begging for some change.

Water is and should be offered to all humans that pay money to attend their venue.

Instead I was physically removed from the premises. Horrible experience!

Disappointment for Heat Fans

I was extremely excited to go to the miami heat rally but was disappointed by the disorganized way the american airlines arena treated those individuals that had a ticket to attend the miami heat championship rally. I drove roughly three hours, which usually take less than an hour, to arrive at the arena.

Once i was there a few people were told by a staff member that we all needed to walk further up the arena to be able to enter. Keep in mind where we were at originally at, had signs that look like a checkpoint. After walking further up I noticed that people were going up the arena steps from the location where we were told was not an entry point. After deciding to walk back to the original location many of us were then told we were not allowed to enter the arena, that they were no longer having people go through the doors.

Its very disappointing that i wasted five hours of my time to be told i cannot see my miami heat players. The american airlines arena did not organize this well for ticket holders. They did not take into account that the traffic was hectic and staff members did not direct the crowd correctly.

I can honestly say i will never plan on going to the arena. I will forever watch the games from home.
