Cabinet question
Called for instructions to attached toe kick to 93 inch tall cabinet. It has been almost 24hours since they said that they sent the pdf to my email and I have not received the message yet.

I made a phone call directly to American Woodmark and was offered panels to cover one of the defective panels that were damaged in the original shipment and two subsequent reorders. Although I documented the name and location of the agent at American Woodmark The Home Depot designer claims no such person exists and that no offer of panels was made.
The agent at American Woodmark even works out what panels we would need to cover the imperfections in what would then become hidden by the supplemental panels.I think that agents logic was that it would be less expensive to ship panels to hide the damage in the materials already shipped than it would be to ship the damaged panel again. It is over eight feet long and was not packed well.The Home Depot agent was ready to quote the price for the panels and the additional installation cost.Their response to the issue of interior color was, "They're already installed"!Of course, we as consumers were so happy to get some cabinets finally.
installed we didn't notice the interior color issue until someone else saw the doors to all cabinets open and pointed it out to us.At the price point for this home prospective buyers expect cabinets to match. It takes weeks for replacements to reach us and the installer inspects them and determines whether or not the damage can be repaired on-site.
The designer ordered two different color of the insides of our kitchen cabinets. Many items were damaged in the initial shipment AND replacements were received and were also damaged - twice.
The designer has not taken responsibility for the cabinet interior error.
The design and order were all done using code numbers that were not understandable to us. We believe it is the designers job to order matching colors.

Damage in shipping, bad design
Damage in shipping and replacements were damaged also.
Also, order was messed up. Some cabinets were shipped with white painted interiors and others were shipped with wood finish interiors. How did that happen?

Unjustified
The date was august 6th 2020, roughly about 12:10 am. Im the second shift material handler, I was heading to press three to pull a pallet off the rack.
I also had one ready on press 5, so I just barely got the forks in the pallet and lifted up but wasnt fully off the pallet stand, and the girl from press 5 (Jessica) came up to me complaining in an aggressive manner so I in return said if you coming over here *** take that *** back to press 5, then there she went flew off the handle so to say started communicating threats and then caused me to drop a pallet then as I go to pick it up she comes at me again for the second time. Then it gets worse people then hold her back or try to rather I kept my hands up in the air. Was on camera to. I walked to my supervisor and told him what happened and he addressed the situation but she was yelling then as I talked to him, then the cops were brought there when it was time for leaving, at 1:00am.
Then the next day she tried talking to me again, I ignored her then once again Monday as well I did the same thing. Ignored her. Supervisor told me that he was recommending termination and shes still there, but shes black lady and Im white guy and shes not fired but they just fired a black guy and Hispanic guy for fighting. I feel like thats being sexist and little racist to me.
More of discrimination than anything, but I dont feel comfortable going into work worrying when the next time she going to do that. Because this her third offense.
Missing parts for 24" Drawer Kit (Estate) ESDWR24
I bought a 24" Drawer Kit Model ESDWR24 and found it is missing both rails (CR) & (CL) and Spacers (4) (CP) as well as (4) Screws (ES5). I need this sent to me to complete installation of drawer to my cabinet.
