Additional material for previous order

Unfortunately the cabinet cooler/ material is no longer available. Employee on the phone was very polite and tried several ways to help find the material. The installed cabinets look great, customer is very happy with them, unfortunately I will have to find another way to complete the job. The problem was obviously not on your end so I appreciate the help I received from your employee, she did give me some suggestions.

Ok back in Dec. of 2020 i bought two styleselections cabinets from Lowe and did not hire no one to put them up till June the guy i got told me the cabinets was not for putting up on a wall they was not made for that i show him the book so he put up one I was putting in the shelfs been down to get the clip to put inside the cabinets the thing fell off the wall hit me in the head hurt me and mess up my wall i call Lowe they send me to you now I been dealing with some people that work for your company that has been very disrespestful toward me and told me it was my fault and offer me $650.00 and say take of leave and some of them would not reply back to me i have never been treated this nast before no care at all

My drawers did arrive. And they were the right size.

I was able to get a handyman to install them for me and finally my kitchen was put back together.

I cannot thank Kalyn and Kelly from American Woodmark enough. They took the time to go back and look at my original...

I have a client that I installed your cabinets in their home a few years ago. I received a call from her a few days ago that there was a problem with the doors. when I arrived, I found that the vinyl covering of some of the doors was becoming delaminated. One door in particular was completely delaminated and this door was located in the dinning room area away from heat and water/steam sources. I had purchased the cabinets from a home depot in the Saginaw Michigan area. I have a customer order number of NP6263**** and a PO number of 1450**** and I found a Master BOL number of 12-9555**-**0-00-00-00. I'm not sure what you need to look this up, but you may contact me and I will give you any information that I have available. Thank you!

I bought cabinets with American Woodmark through Home Depot. I was made aware of a lifetime warranty on the cabinetry. The finish or seal of the cabinetry is not good and the paint has chipped and peeled off. The cabinets look terrible and old! I bought them in 2012. I am expecting a replacement of the cabinet doors as they did not hold up.

User's recommendation: Might want to check around before you try these.

Dear Customer Care at American Woodmark, I am writing this email to you because I am aware of my lifetime warranty on the cabinets that I purchased from Home Depot made by American Woodmark. Although initially the cabinets were lovely, ....now the paint around the handles, the closures and even the body of the cabinetry is chipped and worn out. Clearly, the sealant that was put on there as a protectant has not worked properly. We were told that this is an exceptional product and would last for many years. We are going on our 8th year with these cabinets, and they look like they are 30 years old. My family takes good care of our kitchen and cleans fastidiously. We are careful not to use abrasives on the cabinetry only a dusting cloth and a moist towel if necessary and dried immediately. We had to have our cabinet doors replaced once already because they were faulty. This kitchen cabinetry looks terrible! I will enclose photographs of the chipped paint. I would appreciate a response from you as to how the warranty will cover this matter. Thank you very much! Sincerely, Debbie Reeves 310-339-****.

Poor quality

This company's quality control is sad. For example, how about when I can rub off the finish with a clean, wet washcloth that had no chemical residue -- just my finger pressure? Or when I receive cabinets with frames that are cracked or crooked? Or when I receive cabinets with white scuff marks on their sides that leave unremovable streaks? Or when I receive cabinets with chips off the frames? Or misinstalled doors? Or when I receive crown molding with a dent in it? Or when I receive side trim panels with black paint or ink splattered on it? All 100% fact. Their customer service will replace items under warranty, but the repeated hassle and risk of receiving another defective replacement is too great. DO NOT BUY!
