They always do what they say

I will not buy from any other company that is how strongly I recommend this company.

This customer is not honest and needs to take a class in maturity. His company is blue moon catering in Wichita Kansas and did buy a cooler from us.

The first cooler was received and in used condition , he said the cooler looks very nice and gave him a additional 300.00 for extra labor he said he had to do.we trusted him.the second cooler he did cancel and did give him a full refund because of the time frame he needed , we were on schedule with him. I do have copy of checks for proof . Man can't tell the truth for this reason. When he did receive the new refrigeration his help did not look over the box and I do agree it was damaged by the freight company.

Instead of denying freight he said his help aren't the smartest people , very sad to say about help. Because we did not deliver another one asap bill Rowe wanted a new one instead of making a freight claim . There are rules and this isn't bill rowes world and he rather slander. He will reap what he sows.

Lying is a sin were there is consequences. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone or customers at blue moon caterers in Wichita Kansas , would eat food from a deceitful man, God bless , the management

Nightmare transaction. Seemed like the perfect fit for my needs.

They require 50% in cash up front...sent them my $8750 (half for 2 boxes). Weeks of delays, miscues, silence...then finally sent photos of proposed walk-ins. Scabbed together junk. After significant difficulties, I cancelled one box, and agreed to a box.

They shipped it. Walls OK...but roof panels junk (see photos). This was just the beginning. The concept is they sell you new refrigeration units to go with the used boxes...a good idea.

Mine came destroyed as it had been dropped prior to shipping (see photos), and they refused to replace or cooperate in any way. Their solution...go ahead and install it...then if it doesn't work...we'll figure out what to do next. Right...I'm up for that. I ended up buying a new condenser locally.

Additionally, they owe me a partial refund on the original purchase as the total I ended up owing them was less than I had sent. Jimmy G has promised to get the check to me twice...and claimed once that he had mailed it. No check...almost $3000. So, they're in to me for almost $6000.

They have *** with the wrong man...and will regret not dealing with me in an honorable fashion. I'll update this post as it unfolds. But...for fun, you have to call Jimmy G, and have an extended conversation with him.

The American wholesale Refrigeration company located in Cleveland OHIO are very unprofresional and lie to their customers. I bought a walk in cooler from them and they short shipped me the product to assemble and had to pay over $300 to and outside source to complete the assembly.

They lie to you and deney that they agreed to ship you a completed product.

The sales manager Jimmy G is a lier and a cheater to anyone who buys their product they will NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE GOVERNMENT AND LOOSE THEIR LICENSE....
