American Welding and Gas Missoula, MT

I know there's not too many welders on this site, but let me be crystal clear...American Welding and Gas is by far the worst company to do business with in Missoula, Montana. I have been a customer there since it was Liquid Air and have watched their service slip year after year. These past few months I have become so upset with the management and salesman that I refuse to ever do business with them again, even after all these years. The final straw was when I called American Welding and Gas and asked a counter person to look up a part for my Miller Bobcat 250 (which I bought from them several years ago). Before I could finish my sentence, he snapped back at me and said they didn't have the part and couldn't get me one...ever. WTF? American Welding and Gas is a Miller DISTRIBUTOR! You're telling me they can't get a part for a machine they are LICENSED to sell??? I know AMERICAN WELDING AND GAS LIED TO ME after I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at their store. Long story short, I called another store in Missoula and they didn't have the part in stock either, but were happy to get it in from Spokane the next day. They probably lost money putting the time and effort into that sale, but gained ALL of my business from here on out. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO AMERICAN WELDING AND GAS IN MISSOULA AGAIN! I urge you to go elsewhere for welding supplies.
