Just called the phone number on web site no answer hung up the phone rang back number 716-253-**** asked if if this was usable in 3 rooms gentleman sounded hesitant so I asked if he was just a salesman or had technical background to answer question next thing I know this guy is swearing at me calling me a *** *** forgot more than I would know I guess so that's why I'm asking if you can't have any nicer people than that then don't call back but if you do call me I have some questions before spending a lot of money. This is the 2nd time in less than a year that American TV Service has ordered us a part from Mitsubishi because our TV quit completely. The first time it took 4 weeks to be delivered.

This time, it was promised in 4 weeks, then in 5, and now it is over 6 weeks. I called to complain and found out it may never have been ordered in the first place.

Now they're promising (for the 2nd time) to put an expedite on it and it will take 7-10 days. I say, "No Deal, we want a new TV!" They say, "Can't Do!"

We purchased 2 theatre seats on a no interest credit. They started chargeing interest a few months down the road, and no it wasn't in our terms or condition, it was for 2 years no interest they wrote up the payments. serveral calls and broken promises later we received this a bill

Then the bill they sent on Oct said “ If we receive your balance of $287.36 before 01/01/2008 you will avoid finance charges on credit plan 790-0****.

My wife sent $143. which is about ½ the amount on first of Nov planning on sending the remainder first of Dec. but received another notice at end of Nov saying balance of $187.36 before 01/01/2008 you will avoid finance charges on credit plan 790-0****. Wouldn’t you think that would read $143.36 since $143. was already paid and we had until 01/01/2008 to pay the first amount?????

I’m just going to pay off the whole amount in disgust
