They booked a nice hotel for us in Amarillo. On the return trip I could not reach them so I called the hotel and booked my own room for less $$.

We paid the full amount for the partnership and they are unable to book anything for Disney World. Although you can't get a return call or reach an agent they had no trouble calling to ask for your renewal fee every week months in advance of when it is due.

No response from company

I had prepaid my yearly dues several years ahead. I then started receiving emails that my dues couldn't be paid because my credit card had expired.

When I tried to log into my account it said my account didn't exist. I called, sent emails, left messages, (at least 10) over the course of several months. I even called the booking side and a very nice gentleman tried to help me by leaving customer service a message to call me. No response.

Has anyone ever considered a class action suit against this company?

I could sure get on board with that! And FYI, I am still receiving the emails several times a week to pay my fees!

Refunds-warning

We have been with ATP and been pleased until this pandemic. Several travels plans were cancelled by the vendor and refunded, but the refund went to ATP and not us because we bought through a ATP as third party.

We have tried for months to get our money back, and ATP is not calling us or responding to our messages.

My son got thru once and they said he would not get the refund and they would only talk to me as account holder, but they have not returned my many calls. If I had known this, I would not join them.

I should have known better! I read a lot of these reviews before we went to the presentation.

But it sounded great, 1 cruise and it pays your yearly fees....I am afraid to go on a cruise...LOL But....we did it anyway. Ours started at $8000 and because our person talked to the owners Son in Law (he did the presentation) he said we could have it for $5000. I just wonder how many different prices people paid the afternoon we were there. Almost everyone joined.

All I can say is one time they saved me $40 on a hotel and on a rental car, up front but then there are fees they don't mention that you have to pay when you pick up the car. Whenever I call, there is nobody to help and let me tell you, as soon as you take your payment information off there member portal, they don't stop calling you about paying your renewal. Luckily they aren't going to get me for any more money.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE people don't be stupid like we were! As stated in many reviews, go to Priceline, Expedia any of these you will be better off.

That's what I use and there have been several times I found better prices and when I tell them (because they have a guarantee that they will pay 110% of the difference if you find a better price) that's when they tell you, oh, you have to let us know within 24 hours. So, please just listen and if you need to just throw that $4000, $5000 or $8000 away, message me for my number and you can send it to me...LOL P.S.

when I rate this company and you see 1 star, it's because that was the lowest option... there were no negative starts.

We also went to their presentation, we were very skeptical, but it was presented so well, we bought the package that started out at 10k, we ended up paying $3400.00, same package, with more perks. To dat, after 3 years, we have received NO perks, no rebate checks, and never any answers.

The only time we get anything is when we book a Carnival cruise, then we get the reduction in price up front. We were scammed, we will never get our moneys worth, we certainly are NOT happy customers...

What a scam....

They said they would sell our TimeShare. Didn't happen.

We spent a couple thousand to transfer our title. A year and a half later we hired an attorney to find out why and they refunded the transfer fee. They told us it would take six months. We lost our week that we paid for because they did not let us know.

They give you a better rate on vacations and take $5-10 off a night on hotels with the $4,000 and $199 a year they take for membership.

Can't believe they are allowed to do this legally. We see no benefit of being a member of this Travel Club.

Tried to get me to pay for vacation scam

American Travel Partners ,claimed to be able to get my wife and I vacations for about 70% off retail with an $8000 dollar upfront fee(later changed to 4 grand). then you pay $200 a year for 10yrs. and you get all these great propeties to travel to with $4000 to use each year for booking your vaca. Each time you use part of your 4 grand for a vacation it is deducted from your total, say you spend a $1000 for a week in Europe it's deducted and your down to $3000 to use for the rest of the year no rollovers.

We declined after some high pressure and were given a $40 dollar gas voucher and a bunch of options for a (free) vacation. I wish I'd gone online and read the reviews before I wasted 2hrs. of my day off to listen to this scam. They were operating out of a hotel, that should have been my 1st.red flag.

I can only hope none of the other people fell for this. Because they'll never see their money again & won't ever get their (free)stuff. They claim to be representing RSI but I read that's also a scam.

Don't go there! Run! I can't believe the State of Florida is not cracking down on these people.

This is great information. I am only going for the free tickets which may be worth setting through a meeting.

Sure glad to know that the price will come down. But I would not purchase the package if it was $100.

Guest

This is not the true picture of the offer, this person is not representing the whole product. Once you get the entire presentation and are not there for the freebies you can format a more informed opinion.

Guest

I'm so glad I read this. I actually was getting ready to go the presentation today and when I couldn't find something I needed for the meeting to claim my free vacation I decided to call them and there was an instant red flag because of their operating system.

My fiance and I decided to google reviews.

Thank you so much for the heads up!

My Husband & I went to a Presentation yesterday & DID NOT buy into this & so glad we DID NOT. You know the old saying " When something sounds too good to be true? It usually is"

Guest

Took the presentation package based on getting two free tickets in the domestic US. Declined the offer and when to get my tickets.

They were not want I thought them to be.

they were through a travel agent, choose three destinations, they book the extra hotel rooms and on and on. VERY questionable.

Guest

Just tell them you are *** and they cant get off the phone fast enough

Guest

Received same call on 12/11/12 offering cruise or land vacation, $40 gas voucher. Husband refused to sit through 90 min presentation at Brandon Hilton so I declined offer.

Just for grins I thought I would check on American Travel Partners. Boy am I glad I did!!

Found this post and several others all saying the same! :)
