I took him past the personal trainer certification 2 weeks ago and never received the paperwork or diploma funny though I did receive the hat that I had ordered and plenty of time

As of 7/25, NO actual customer service or human intervention.
- - Took the test via the emailed link and passed; last year the certificate had the correct name.
- - They require photos of IDs and statements.
Took the test, used the link they sent me in my e-mail.
Passed the test.
Husband paid with Paypal (Just like last year).
Last year had my (the correct) name on the certificate.
This year had my husbands name on it.
CS phone number not accepting calls, so e-mailed.
Documented exactly what happened, repeat client etc.
Other than the first AI response, no other response received, so two days later followed up with a second (fresh, not "reply") e-mail and received the exact same AI response.
They want a picture of both my and my husbands gov't issued ID
along with (reasonable) statements from each party certifying they're not trying to defraud ASFA.
Um... yeah, let me put picture of my ID's out on the web so I can be further hacked by yet another unresponsive/irresponsible company/entity.
ACE certified for over 20 years, I let it lapse during Covid, not knowing what was gonna happen next. Now, nearing retirement, I didn't want to go thru the time and expense of re-instating the ACE cert.
If you just need a quick, easy certification from a company that provides very low end customer service, you've found the right company.

After sending emails for days, multiple phone calls, filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, and sending messages through Facebook, we were finally able to rectify our issue. We have received a corrected certification.
***REVIEW ALL DETAILS BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDER*** We were very frustrated trying to reach this company, but in the end it all worked out. I was getting ready to look at flights to show up to their corporate office next.
They need to do better with getting back to customers quicker. Their phone recording directs you to send an email, and they do not answer emails within a reasonable time.
My name was supposed to be only used by my girlfriend for billing purposes but seemed to be mistakenly entered to be shown on the certificate. We have been emailing for days with absolutely no response to our corrections request.
The phone number directs you to email and then disconnects. It's crazy that this is actually an operating business with ZERO customer service...
