They took my money immediately and started sending emails to upgrade. I was to receive my certificate via email within minutes…still haven’t. There is no one to speak with in customer service .

No certificate for the money. No response to emails and no customer service support. They took my money immediately and started sending emails to upgrade. I was to receive my certificate via email within minutesstill havent. There is no one to speak with in customer service. My emails are now not responded to.
