AI Highlights
  • - Lost my wallet and a couple found it and turned it in to HPD.
  • - I called customer service to stop my card and need a new debit card.

Lost my wallet and a few hrs later a couple found it and turned it in to HPD since the time i lost my wallet i called to customer service told them to put a stop on my card.so i would need a new debit card

User's recommendation: If you lose your wallet or purse you know what to do is call Credit card company and your bank to place a hold on your CC or debit.Make sure that your bank customer service is open 24/7 because there is a few banks sre NOT open especially on a Sunday. Sunday is a day you don't want to lose your wallet or purse.

A safety deposit box from 1977

AI Highlights
  • - The bank I contacted isn’t the LA bank that was sold.
  • - I found a safety deposit key from grandma dated 1977, not sure where to go.

The bank I ended up contacting had nothing to do with the bank in Los Angeles CA which was sold to another bank a long time ago.

Im trying to check about a safety deposit key I found in my grandmas effects dated 1977.

I guess the American savings bank in Whittier CA, where the account was, no longer exists. Not sure where to go from here.

User's recommendation: The bank in Hawaii was very understanding but unable to help
