Very unsatisfied with the product and any correspondence has been returned---unable to deliver-

terrible product---any correspondence has been returned from the company--unable to forward--return to sender---the product is worthless and all I want is a refund---if the company does not contact me either at my N Y address--my S C address---NY telephone--cell phone number--e-mail address---I intend to contact the local and national better businees Bureau and see if they will get me some results---companies like this should be put out of business and I will do my best to accomplish that fact---they do not want to make me unhappy---the amount of money is insignificant---the method of doing business is what *** me off---William Krupa
