We had a horrible experience with this company we chose them because the were the cheapest which was a mistake. The initial 1-2 week typical move time turned into 4 weeks.

When the driver arrived he refused to come into the loading dock because he said it is too risky which our friend a truck driver said it wasn't. Then he said he would simply charge us an extra 350 to get a smaller truck unload into it and then get that to the dock. We said we would rent a van and then the driver said not only her would charge us 80 dollars every hour he waits but he would not load things into the truck or move to our home or assemble things that he would assemble because per the contract if they can not access the loading dock it is our responsibility. We asked what about moving from across the street when we declined paying the extra because the longer distance which he stated would end up being 400, we asked him to unload things to the street and we would take them and move everything.

He then refused to unload things and sat in his truck for two hours and told us to unload other peoples things which was in the way of ours and get our self on our own. When we left and ignored him, he called and said he would unload things to the street. Turned out their was a side door that lead to our stuff! We move things up to our home.

He removed the covering material from our furniture in the truck and left our things exposed to rain.

I really have nothing to say about the horrible experience. Never move with this company.

American Relocation www.americanrelocation.com also dba North American Transfer based out of Beverly Hills, CA & Simi Valley, CA moved my household across the country lost/stole 1/4 of my personal, household and valuables. They will not respond to claim, do not return phone calls and the move cost my double than sales rep Kevin Warner quoted based of my accurate inventory form.

Aki Perez is the owner of this company and will not return phone calls. This moving company stole files containing personal information. The goods that they did deliver were three weeks later than the date they committed to. They are very nice and accommodating initially and pose as a solid company.

Please use a credible carrier and call the Federal Transportation Commission prior to signing a contract with any company.

This company lost/stole over 15k of my valuables not to mention the mental anguish they have caused trying to resolve this claim.
