Took $100 for no services rendered

After giving them my credit card information, I received a better offer while on the phone with them and told them to not put it through, I would call back if I was going to use them. They processed the $100 charge anyway. I went with Coast to Coast as they were $150 cheaper. American Premium did not send a truck, no one at the dealership stated that they had a second truck show up. And it took two days before coast to coast picked it up. After seeing I was charged on my credit card bill, I called and asked for a refund since there were no services rendered. Scotty said they do not do refunds. After finding out that it costs roughly $50 to file in small claims in New Jersey, they knew I would probably not take the time, money, and effort to sue them for the money. Stay away from these folks. There is a reason they have an F from the BBB
