Checking on my commissions

I called American national to check on the status of my commissions. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone in health Commissions all week.

I called and waited on the line for 45 minutes twice this week before abandoning the calls. I have talked to other at the company, but they have not been able to get anyone to pick up the phone when forwarding my calls. I was told to send in A cover letter explaining the situation and the Direct Deposit form with my new account information included. I did that, then I received another email today asking me to send in the Letter notifying me that my direct deposit was returned.

I sent that form in immediately. I then called the company to see if they had received the letter. Once again, the customer service employee was not able to get the Health Commissions Department to answer the phone. I was advised to send them another letter about my situation.

This customer service is really bad. I hope to get this situation straightened out by Monday, but I'm not very hopeful.
