Do not go there with high expectations. I understand supply chain has been challenging.

They do not provide good service or communication. I cancelled my contract because I was so frustrated with the lack of communication. They said I wouldn't get my deposit back. I was also informed, that if i cancel, they boat would go to a higher price when they open it up to other buyers.

Good for them I guess. Make money on their failure to provide customer service and then make even a larger profit selling the boat package they couldn't deliver on. As I read through their reviews, this is a common occurrence.

My husband put a $400 deposit down on an outboard motor. Two months later they don't have it in inventory or even a date for when it will be in.

Fishing season has started. My husband asked for the deposit back because we had our current motor fixed, but the manager refused to refund us saying it would be a restocking fee for something they haven't received. You'd think a reputable company would call the supplier and cancel the order.

Guess they're not in that class of being reputable. Do not EVER put a down payment down with this company.

This was a horrible experience. These people sold a way overpriced boat to my mother and father n law because my mother and father n law were way too trusting.

So they decided to take advantage of them. The wiring was all cobbled, the boat was beat up, carpeting was worn out... among many other things. The first time they took it out on the lake, they got it out to the middle of the lake, then the motor wouldn't start back up.

They used the troll motor to get all the way back to the dock. Then it started to sink. No, I am not joking. It was at the dock, and had a couple feet of water inside the boat when they returned four hours later.

Anyway, when we brought this boat back, we asked for a different boat. You guessed it, they said no, you're stuck with that one. They wouldn't give them their money back either, nor even say they were sorry for the situation. The salesmen were very unprofessional, not very nice, and didn't seam to know what they were doing.

I actually couldn't believe I was talking to a salesman when I was there, they were so unprofessional, ESPECIALLY RICK. It sucks to think there are businesses out there that take advantage of vulnerable older people. And to think, they have a huge sign over their door that says "Customer Service Guaranteed", obviously that is NOT the case!!

Don't give these people your business or let any friends or family give them their business... it will be a big mistake.
