I went to American Lube Fast on 19 in Leesburg, Georgia. They did not have my oil.

I called them, and they said my oil will be here tomorrow, so I went back in today, and now I'm being told they don't have my filter.

The lady was very rude, very 'I know what I'm talking about, and none of that has to do with me' attitude, and the manager was not there. He did not inform his employees of what was discussed the previous day about this situation, on top of being threatened through social media.

On 1/17, I got an oil change. On 3/10, the car cut off, all lights were on, and I towed the car home. I called a mechanic to make recommendations. He advised changing the AC filters and flushing the radiator. I told him that I had an oil change and suggested that he check it as well. When he pulled the oil stick, it was broken and completely dry.

I called corporate, and they referred me to the district manager. The manager came out, asked questions, and told me that the two gentlemen involved had been terminated. I wasn't bothered about their termination because they were working for the company.

I told the district manager that the mechanic said it was a transmission issue. The manager then proceeded to add two quarts of oil that I had. When I turned on the ignition, the car sounded like a fast sewing machine with tap shoes, and it started smoking.

The district manager claimed it was because I went over the mileage. However, the sticker indicated that the oil wasn't due for a change until 4/17. I am still paying for this car, and the oil should have still been in it, not completely dry. The manager never got under the car to drain the oil and check its coloration or quantity.

I asked him if there was anyone else from whom I could get assistance and he said no. I couldn't understand how a local district manager could say there's no one else to help.

Just because I am a woman doesn't mean that I am stupid. If it wasn’t on them, why did the district manager come out to cover up the issue? The technician and manager were fired, which was acknowledged on my receipt.

I took my wife car which I have been dealing with your company for over 7 years you have the worst team and poor mechanic ever been there. Im getting it inspected by the dealership tomorrow to find the problem that happen after taken my car and leaving it for 3 days then had to bring it back due too only a oil cover gasket issue that was leaking oil, I know the owner of this company personally and I would like to have him call me @ 850221**** .

Asap something needs to be done about this issue, I took my car from their due to a supervisor but the name of Shawn refused to let the poor mechanic that first of all said he could fix this simple issue of a value cover job. Omfg and I have not no way to work and charges me 400.00 for a value job then add I came to get my car note he saying I had a oil pump leak which it was never leaking when I took it their either they did something wrong because that part had not one reason to be touched what so ever, then I go get the seal he said but its like no seal is in it at all the way its leaking out my car every second it drops out this will blow my motor.

But then the refusal to fix my car is so dam unprofessional. PLEASE CONTACT ME TOMORROW

User's recommendation: Please don’t go their I don’t know if it’s colic workers or drug users but it’s terrible 1 problem turns into another and only the dealership has touch my car since I had it besides them putting oil out radiator fluid in that car but I will get below the bottom of this issue
