Hello,

My name is Sam. I'm from Tash Trans INC, the transportation company that did 3 loads for your company and didn't get paid.

The first load was delivered to your facility at 4501 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75236.

The second and third loads show your company name as the shipper.

All 3 loads were delivered without any damage or issues. The receiver's contact signed the paperwork, acknowledging they received the freight without any issues.

I have attached proof of the deliveries, signed by the receiver, showing that the loads were delivered in good condition.

The brokerage named RPM Expedite USA, whom you hired to move your freight, doesn't want to pay us. They're only telling entirely fabricated stories, promising to pay us very late, well past their contracted pay time of less than 20 days. It has been more than 2 months, and I still have not received payment. Two days ago, they confirmed via email that they're not going to pay me, spinning yet another fake story.

According to FMCSA regulations, if a brokerage is a scam, the shipper and receiver are generally held responsible for paying the transportation company, even if they have already paid the fraudulent broker. The law tends to protect the carrier and ensure they receive payment. This could result in the shipper needing to pay twice if the broker does not pay the carrier.

I don't want to think that you are cooperating with them in their illegal actions, so please help us figure out these issues as soon as possible. The amount of money they owe us is significant.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

I contacted her this morning and still no reply from the factory. Im on a short time frame with a move coming up to get it apart
