The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with!!

I have a Hurricane Ian claim on my home that has been going on for a year and a half now. I have already had eight insurance adjusters handling my claim.

They change adjusters without notice and dont even notify you of the changes. The more adjusters involved the worst it gets! My last one was a lady from their tele claims office in Tampa. She was the worst of them all!

Did not return phone calls or emails, ignored you totally, made you beg to other people there to have her contact you.

Im a senior citizen and she treated me horribly! She seemed to get great pleasure in turning down my bills from the work on my home. She stuck me with several repair bills and the contractors put liens on my home.

After over a year my roof was finally approved to be replaced. She handled that part, approved it and then stuck me to pay $24,000 thousand dollars to the contractor that I dont even have.

How heartless and ignorant of her to do this to a senior let alone anyone else.

American Integritys mantra is to NOT PAY OUT ON CLAIMS!!

I am certain the adjusters also get a bonus for doing this!

I have a new adjuster now , not that they told me. I had to call yet again and then found out from another employee there.

This new adjuster never returns my calls or even introduced herself as the new adjuster.

I have called three times in just one week with no response.

I am reporting this company to the State of Florida for their negligence during a time of devastation in my area in Southwest Florida.

It got to the point especially with this last lady adjuster that it would make me physically sick at even the thought of talking to her or receiving any correspondence from her.

I only hope that Karma will some day catches up with this woman and she suffers the same damage and suffering she has put me through.

Do not insure with this Company. I mistakenly made an overpayment on one of my homeowner's policies, and almost immediately made them aware of the fact and asked them to reverse the charge on my credit card.

They acknowledged that I had overpaid, but would not refund the credit card. Instead they told me I would have to wait to get a check in the mail. REALLY? If you pay with a credit card then surely you should have the right to get it reversed?

According to this shady company that is not their policy and there is no-one you can escalate this to.

This is total B*****t. Avoid them because if you have to make a claim, I suspect you will run into the same delaying tactics so they can hold onto your money as long as possible.

Over 30 days after Hurricane Irma, still no help from AII

Very disappointed with American Integrity Insurance Group. Hurricane Irma damaged my roof and my home over one month ago.

The day after Irma hit I filed a claim. Over one month later, I am still waiting to get help for coverage that I paid for. Numerous calls and emails go without response.

Neighbors with other homeowners insurance have been paid for repairs already. So wrong....
