No Answer on Claim from MARCH!

I have an open claim from March 26th and cannot get the adjuster, Laura Martinez, or her supervisor, Athena, to call or email back with an update on this claim and I have been calling regularly for months! This is utterly ridiculous! As the lien holder for this vehicle we need to know what is going on with this claim. Your customer service is horrible! Every claim I have had with your company has been like this and it makes it awful for our customers and for us. Do your dang jobs! I need an answer and I need it now!

Horrible car insurance

One of they're insured drivers hit me from the side. He ran the red light. And T-boned me. It was 100% his fault he got the ticket for not obeying a traffic signal and he said it was his fault on the police report. And this piece of trash car company trying to say it was my fault that I didn't obey the traffic signals when is clear and black and white what happene

User's recommendation: If you're in the state of Illinois and you just want to get cheap car insurance do anything but get American Heartland Insurance do not mess with that company they should be out of business for the practices they do.
