american generator service is scamming people , they came out t my house and looked at my generator and tightened the spark plug and told me to get a new filter. that took a total of 20 minutes max. they left and sent me a invoice by email saying that service cost $330.00 and the invoice said for 2 hours. im a disabled veteran , I advise anyone not to use them at all , they are just taking advantage of veteran' and people they suppose to be honest and fair with.

User's recommendation: Stay away all they do is over charge you and lie about the time they worked on your generator.
