You'd think AFF could manage it's IT issues much less treat their paying members with some level of respect in dealing with these issues. The hard truth of the matter with AFF is that that they truely dont care about their image to their customers. If you email their customer service department (as recommended by them) you get absolutely nothing. Not even a "we'll look into it".

You then have to call them long distance on YOUR dime to literally fight them for any kind of admission that they've created any kind of problem for you. In the end, doing buisness with AFF at some point will cost you at least a few days of being bounced around to overseas phone centers to gain any kind of repair.

Oh and getting any kind of credit for the loss of your paid service? Good luck with that lol.

Why does AFF keep asking me to up date my e-mail address, I've sent it 5 times in one day, so why keep asking do they not UNDERSTAND English?? The other thing which really get up my back is the lask of responce fro AFF customer service department,.

If you write to them one never, never gets a responce WHY, when it say's We'll get back to you in the next few days.
