Ordered over $1300 worth of truck parts never received half of them. Every time I called they don't answer and they're dodging me. This is one of the worst places I've ever dealt with and over 25 years of the car business will never go there again. Ordered parts through James and have talked to everybody but him ever since Sam was the worst.

Disgusted

Received parts which were wrong, my mechanic had covid & not able to repair car for couple of months, spoke with Alan, very rude stated they will not take return since its been 3 months since order was placed!!!, will never order again!!! & will be reporting to BBBNO

Catalytic converter purchase

In 30 years of my automotive experience, this was one of the worst transactions I have ever made. Product was promised by a certain date and was shipped to another location. Instead of reshipping from vendor to be on time they had the recipient send the product to me, 7 days late. Offered no credit, no condolences. The vehicle is in a shop based on daily storage rate. At this point have paid at least two times rate I ever would anywhere else. My cost is well over $750 for the time I scheduled for them job

Straight ripe offs

I spent two days with sales guy finding correct part for my Cadillac even provided vin#. I should have know not to go through with order when he asked for me to take picture of my card front and back good thing i didnt. Real problem is i received part but it was wrong part for different Cadillac called customer service and for two weeks everyday ive called to receive return label for refund and order correct part. when you call it says it recording for protection of costumer i speak with same guy but he gives different name i ask for management or supervisor im never connect to them. there excuse is email is sent but i never receive it. they sent me to Ups store and still Ups store never received email. Ups rep said not to return product cause address was not to same place im ordered from. i guess I am stuck with part i dont need and out a few hundred dollars. what else can i do?
