你好,我是苏颜suyan网店,4月30号突然没显示订单到5月3号,然后网页连接打不开网页。然后打开手机设置,找通用进去,下面有VPN设置管理。5月4号更新很多次还不行。我把移除描述文件删掉了,然后从新设置下载,复制链接黏到了,怎么办?

- I paid $129 monthly but never got a member card or policy details.
- Claim denied for a part not covered after delays and mixed messages.
I never received any kind of card or anything verifying what was covered or not never received a card saying I was a member but every month took out $129 out of my account. For the first time engine light came on and I took the car to the dealership.
On October 8, I took the car and then was told I had a 24 hour waiting period. So I had to leave my car at the shop and the next day was still waiting on an answer and then when I talk to someone, I was told it would be a 48 hour period and they would get in touch with me Tuesday October 14. But today I got an email from the company telling me my claim has been denied because the part is not covered. How can I be told Im paying for full coverage and then when I need to use it all of a sudden that part is not covered.
Had no problem taking money out of my account and I never received anything information about my policywas covered or not and the first time I try to use it all of a sudden Im being denied.
and today when I tried talking to a representative, she tries to tell me that maybe the email was sent into a spam and thats why I never received the policy that has never happened before. I will email consumer reports Better Business Bureau, and the new station in this area to warn other people.

- Paid platinum coverage, yet repairs were denied.
Being careful what plan of extended warranty you choose, doesn’t always work.They always say that most of it is cover and when you call them for a claim they turn it down,and of cause, you end up paying out of your pocket. My opinion safe the money and when you really need for repairs use it.
Despite paying for a warranty policy, every single claim I've submitted has been denied, often using fine print or technicalities as an excuse, even in situations that were urgent and clearly covered. Most recently, I had to complete a necessary repair before getting their so-called authorization due to time-sensitive safety concerns. Instead of understanding the situation, they denied the claim again and fell back on contract language to avoid responsibility. This is not protection; it's a pattern of denial and avoidance.
They sell you the idea of peace of mind, but when something actually goes wrong, they're nowhere to be found with meaningful support. Save your money and protect your vehicle elsewhere.
This company has not lived up to its promises and, in my opinion, functions like a scam. I paid for the platinum coverage.
