Company Misrepresentation
- - Salesman offered excellent printer but did not disclose toner must be bought from American Copy in Waterbury, CT; toner quoted at $210, then $290.
A printer salesman called me while I was in the process of ordering a a printer. Said he had an excellent printer he would bring over.
He never told me that that when I bought the printer that I would have to buy the toner from his company American Copy in Waterbury, Ct. When I asked him about the toner. He told me that I could order the toner from Staples, Office Max and other places.
He then quoted a price of $210 from his company. I was not able to order the toner from these locations and when I called American copier back, the salesman then quoted me a price of $290.
