Robbery.

First of all, this company did absolutely nothing except take money. I canceled my account the end of last year and thought I was done.

They kept charging my account for 4 months and I was locked out of my account. $879.03 was robbed from me from this business.

This is the worst company

They are refusing to pay the benefits listed in their book. I had surgery for kidney cancer.

And I was forced out of the hospital by the doctors. Even though I had their insurance company. I go home while I still can't breath. And go into cardiac arrest while at home for one day.

Rushed back to dell critical center. Im in ICU for 3 days and in the hospital for almost 3 weeks. And charged 132,000 dollars. And their response was we paid 11,000 dollars.

And not going to pay anything else. While I paid 435.00 a month. For almost 5 years. What am I paying for.

Prescriptions. Im hiring a attorney to sue them for fraud.

Company is is not able to give me accurate in-network doctor list!

It is impossible to find a doctor who is supposedly in network, who is a part of American Business Coalition and the PHCS limited benefits plan that I supposedly have. I've spent multiple days making phone calls to various doctors in my area, calling all the numbers on my medical card that I was given by this company, and continually failing to find an any doctor that can say for sure they know they're in my network and they know that they are a part of American Business Coalition. So far this year, I have had absolutely no help at all from thisRun company and I've got a serious problem developing now and cannot get into a doctor in my network BECAUSE NONE WILL CONFESS THAT THEY ARE IN FACT A MEMBER OF MY NETWORK AND A MEMBER OF THE AMERICAN BUSINESS COALITION

this "discount plan" is TERRIBLE. I had a heart attack and did not know which hospital was in the network as I was in shock.

Went to the urgent care and the plan did not cover it. It came to $12,000, which they reduced to $3500. There is NO urgent care coverage!! I had to go by ambulance (not in the plan $1200) to the hospital (Not in plan) for a 2 day stay from the urgent care ($56,000 bill reduced to $16,000).

DO NOT GET THISI PLAN. I pay $351 a month for NOTHING.

TERRIBLE! I rec'd a medical bill from ER for $7000 and ABC Health Group claims it was out of network.

It was an emergency situation whereby I thought I was having a stroke! The ER also treated it as such.

ABC is denying payment, paying only $200, due to out of network! HELP!

Your benefits are up front and understandable - The discounts you are supposed to receive from going to an in network( PHCS) doctor are HIDDEN LOCKED IMPOSSIBLE TO GET

I have paid $1200 a month for ABC / Us Health Group for over two years. We have used it for lab work, but today we needed to use it to get a CT Scan.

We went to an "in house" provider that covers PHCS so we are supposed to get a "Discount" in addition to the benefit. The benefit is listed as $150 - simple and straight forward. The discount is a convoluted nightmare to try and figure out. I called US health group and the could not help me.

They send me to PHCS who has the contract with the clinic. They could not give me any information although I had the clinic name and the code for the CT. I finally merged the clinic's head billing lady into the call. PHCS wouldn't give the discounted amount to her either - although she gave the EIN number of the clinic and a bunch of credentials .

They said a written letter with letterhead from the office had to be sent to them in order to get the discounted amount. Sooooooooo I decided to go to another clinic and just pay cash because at this point I was so mad I couldn't even take it.
