Sent bad pump controller

Ordered a $500.00 Intermatic pump controller. It came in a beat up, taped up box.....and it didn't work. Contacted them and they said it was a warranty issue and it wasn't their problem. After pressing them further, they said I could send it back and they would look at it before they decide to send me a new one! HORRIBLE....BAD BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F

American "Best" Pool Supply has the worst costumer service!

I ordered a pool light through American best Pool Supply and was told it would arrive before the date my Pebble-Tec would be installed. Several days later, I got a phone call saying my credit card was declined. I thought that was strange and contacted my credit card company...they said that in fact, the company recieved two separate approval codes. I called them back and told them of their mistake. They said they would fix the problem and it would arrive before the necessary date. When it did not arrive on the date of the install, I called to find out why. I was told it had not even shipped yet!! When I explained that they promised that it would get here, they said I was a liar by what appeared to be a VERY UNSTABLE INDIVIDUAL. Then I was told to take my business elsewhere. When I told him I was shocked by his attitude, he said, "F_--- You!" and told me what I could do to myself! He was very rude, unprofessional and very unstable. I called my credit card company again to dispute the charges and they ran it through for a THIRD TIME WITH A NEW APPROVAL CODE! Now I have to fight 3 charges for a light they never sent!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Beware of american best pool supply

I purchased a pool filter motor from american best pool supply. They sent me a defective motor, so i called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything for me and then the customer service representative hung up the phone on me. I contact my credit card company and they called american best pool supply. They agreed to credit my credit card and send a call tag for their defective motor. Instead of doing what they promised,they sent my name to a collection agency. I would beware of buying anything from american best pool supply, they have the worst customer service i ever encountered
