Horrible subscription terms
- - Cannot reach anyone to update subscription shipping address.
- - Amazon shows SURFER magazine subscription ceased and the order never shipped.
Cannot reach anyone to update my shipping address for my magazine subscription. If I candle my order through Amazon it tells me that the SURFER magazine subscription has now ceased.
Besides order it before and it never shipped and they couldnt give me an explanation.
I had to reorder and now I cannot get in contact with anyone to update and reroute my shipping information. Oh, this takes another three months when I had to reorder and wait for a new subscription and magazine to be printed.
