American Bank corpus christi

i had an amazon transaction to dispute for 1800 dollars the item was charged but i did not receive it and i could not even get them file a dispute on it they are lazy to say the least they told me to contact amazon well i did that first they told me to just dispute the charge because the seller was not an amazon seller now so basically after complain ect. a just ended up losing my 1800 dollars i never did get them to file the dispute *** irene garcia wouldn't even close the account the day i was denied the right to dispute this transaction , i stated a was going to complain about this online line and she thought it was funny and said she didnt care so here i am . i have only went into the bank a few times only to deposit checks for thousands of dollars thats it , my banking record is perfect and had never even disputed anything before this attempt and this is how i was treated : they are very rude same woman treated me very poorly 4 times until i just decided to make her close my account the third time i had a problem with this woman she would not close my account , other tellers ive never had a problem with just the one mexican woman corporate said her name is : irene garcia i think she hates whites and it shows , this time she would not deposit a check because it said affordable wind turbines on it , when they have in the past , the evil rude mexican woman and the manager her friend were laughing about it in there little side office at the time , while another teller said she remembers the last time the teller had given me trouble , my parents closed there account there as well they didnt like the way they were treated either , every time ive been in this bank there is hardly any customers this is probably why !
