Ordered a bag, never received

The same thing happened to me. I paid $100 for a handbag I never received. This company should be held accountable for taking customers' money and not filling the order. Can you imagine how much they have taken from folks? I'm mad, too.

Unfulfilled order #1506

I have been waiting since October 6, 2018 for my order to arrive. I only receive automatic replies to my emails re this order. All promise a followup in 48 hours. No followup has EVER been received. I ordered two bags for roughly $100. One was grey and one a light blue. The order confirmation was very quick but that's as far as customer service went. I am a very unhappy customer! I have been unable to find a phone number to call so if anyone has that and has had success, please comment! I'd also like to find information to file complaints to the BBB, E commerce, etc. so again, if you have any of that information, please share it.

Having the same issue----I ordered two bags back in September....I got a message saying that their ability to ship was seriously hampered by the storm that had struck the Carolinas back in September, but that once they were up and running, I could expect to receive my bags. I e-mailed them in late November and got a similar response....then I got word that they were "at nearly 100%" operating....and here we are, January 19th, and I still don't have my purchase.

Products not arrived

A month and a half ago I paid for two bags and received an answer from the American Bag Outlet saying that they would deal with my purchase. The bags have not arrived and I have been in contact with the company twice by email only to receive an email to say that they would contact me in 48 hours. Needless to say that I am still waiting. I have tried to contact them by phone and by another email address that I found on their site. The phone seems to be engaged or disconnected and the email I sent came back saying the address does not exist. Though the company is advertised online, I am wondering whether it is a scam and they do not exist.
