I am so disappointed of American Auto Transport (IL) - 1001 Ogden Ave., Suite 202, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515.
At first, the communication with their agent - Samuel, via mail, regarding shipping my car was fast, but once they gave me a price and taking my approval and all of my info as a reply, I've waited for 2 weeks for their booking answer, but nothing happened. I then turned to another company and booked quite fast, which took them 2 days at all.
Stay away from this bogus company and don't waste your time and nerves. They are even using outlook, instead of their own mail server... what a serious brand...
