Poor Service, Poor Course

I bought this course under the impression there was a certification of completion, and that I would get the education I needed to provide wedding planning assistance in person.
However,
The course was sloppily put together, the instructor did a very poor job at organizating each section. It was basically a live 3 hr recorded video that did very little to touch on what goes into wedding assistance
They do not offer refunds even despite trying to reason with them.
Additionally, I had major issues since day one with the course loading, and I did not receive my certificate of completion.
I had to basically chase them around to go through the course.
