Bought a Garage Door opener from Home Depot. They sent American All Door to install it.
The technician was rude and condescending. He directly called me a liar when I told him the sensor that detects the up/down status of the door came in the box. Had to call them back a week later because the door stopped half way down.
He constantly complained about Ryobi and said we shouldn’t have bought it. Terrible customer service AVOID AMERICAN ALL DOOR !’
